The Dancing Twilight

Something I wrote a while back. I love the time when the sun is at the horizon.

Let the light flow into your hearts and soul,
And make peace within your only goal,
Across the wind with the rhythm it flows,
Dancing in the horizon, giving sparkling glows,

The wind is its only pair,
Listen closely, oh you in despair,
The songs that the wind sings for the light,
At which a glare shows the dancing twilight,

Its sparkly glow and the flowing wind,
The power to wash away any sin,
Let the twilight enter your heart,
And engulf you in a world apart,

Make no mistake; it is the dancing twilight,
Reach to its depths which it holds,
And in the end, the fading away of this beautiful sight,
Comes darkness of the night, dark and cold.
