A vision of love

A vision of love

A Poem by EmpressPoetess

She comes to him
in twilight shadows

Sweet scent of rose
from nearby meadows

Surrounds her quiet
child like nature

Demure and soft
is her stature

Behind the mask
of mirrored glass

Lost soul of love
smiles from her past

her aching heart
longs for him much

but she must live
without his touch

I like this. It's short and sweet and the words are great! The Lines "demure and soft in her stature" are my favorite. good job!
