Dedication to my Friends

Dedication to my Friends

A Poem by Lavery the Librettist

Without our friends, where would we be,
In times of trial, a friendly face we can see.
Late night phonecalls, crazy nights out,
If one things for sure, iv the best friends about.

A wide circle of friends, mostly old, some are new,
A select few have known me, all my life through.
So many memories, old school photographs,
Funfilled girly antics, so many laughs.

A shoulder to cry on, in times of need,
Growing up together, though different paths we may lead.
With all of lifes secrets, these friends we can trust,
Advice and clear guidance, non disclosure is a must.

Holidays and shopping trips, relaxation a welcome past-time,
Cocktails and fine dining, shots and lots of white wine.
Above all i have to say, with no need to hesitate,
Thank u all for bein ther for me, youv been a really great mate!
