Meantime

Meantime

A Poem by En.Ki

end this crime in the meantime

fight the addictions in your clean mind

burn all the prophets in the defined,

book of your revelations

bending down to become one

cutting wrists

cutting memories

bending light to become blind

suffer for the meantime

she holds my heart and fallacies

in forgotten light

in foreign memory

I

still

bleed

feeding mouths to defend war

in fact I love what's to afford

born again in the meantime

we cross enemy lines

I

find

what needs to be defined

in my mind

we

still sleep

in the meantime

she holds my heart and my fallacies

in forgotten light

in foreign memories

for the ways I fight my tears

and for the days I needed you here

I thought I let this go

BUT I STILL KNOW

I STILL BLEED
