Funny Story

this has nothing to do with anything

As the description states this really has nothing to do with anything. I was in the store, with my wife of many years, and during check out the cashier, who was only doing her job, asked me what my email address was, I proceeded to giver her my mailing address. the look i got was priceless. the cashier was around, I'm guessing, 23 years old and when she realized i was giving her my street address she stopped typing and just looked at me. It took everything i had not to smile and to give her the "what?" look. My wife handled the situation well by simply walking away. The young lady looked at me as said, "that's not an email address." 

my reply was.  "what, that's where all my mail is sent."

she gave me a smile and said never mind and finished ringing up my purchase. 

I paid without another word.
