If you only knew

If you only knew

A Poem by Machiavelli

If you only knew about my pain
Then you would not be the same
Your life would be changed
Feeling depressed every minute
You would hate all
You'd despise being alive
And just survive every day I must strive
Hoping death would arrive
Every day I wish the pain would just go away
Hurting and walking it off
Thinking it would stop
I'm about to pop
When my life comes to an end
This pain would come to an end

I feel the same way. I have depression and it seems like no one under the age of 30 knows how I have felt. Very good. I love it because I side with you.

Very emotional and I like that it rhymed. (I have an easier time reading ones that rhyme) Anyway, good job.

Wow very emotional poem. I love how it rhymes throughout the poem. Excellent piece! And I agree with Olive Belikov, it's a powerful two lines :D
