I'm only one of the Scottish male writers, and certainly not a professional one. However, we amateurs might also relish this writing process to some degree... Everybody is amateur to begin with.
A child's joyful drawing and scribbling enthusiasm is so delight and almost beyond normal written descriptions;
I really like your views. Sometimes, I question myself and my ability to write. I tell myself, I'm an amateur and I'm wasting my time. But then I go on scribbling in my free time because I simply love writing and playing with words. You mentioned a child's joyful drawing and indeed, its so spontaneous in its joy and that's just how those who like to write feel when they write, regardless of how skillfully they write. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, DIVYA, and it feels that you absolutely share my feelings - 'I question myself and my ability to write' - perhaps a more common thought than we might think... However, if amateur writers can sometimes chat like this, then that can't be too bad.

Of course. There's much inspiration in thoughts and words shared. You're most welcome. :)

I'm a retired Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor (DSA ADI), "an ADI", as we called each other... A wonderful profession; beneficial for both the instructor and learners.
