Seasons bring us full circle, to the reaper yes but, then, back to spring and rebirth. All things are cycles, rhythms, seasons. All things work together to sustain life as we know it. Wonderful little poem, Frederick. My grandfather's name was Frederick. He was born in Liverpool but the family hailed from Pontypridd. Always been one of my favorite names.

The one thing I miss about where I live now is the change of the seasons. Each has its own distinctive feel and like you have penned, personality. Here we have, almost summer, summer, just past summer and January which is as close to a winter as we will get. Enjoyed reading your poetic seasonal thoughts.
