A Poem by Red Brick Keshner
"

'Fathers (Parents), do not exasperate your children....'

"

  `

shadowed
in early evening's
darkened corner
his smile
responds to your
gruff remark
and you
do not see
the tear
rolling
from his cheek
he turns
the faintest hint
of sadness
cloaks his eye
