The Joker's Demise: A Passing of LegacyA Poem by ExspiravitA poem, a rhyme, a tale of the Joker's time. A time when he dies.I can remember the darkest days And the brightest Knights The pads upon my walls and the scars From my most precious fights The sins, the Quinns, the blades And the masquerades The smiles, the Coulrophiles, the laughs And all the rif-rafs But what I yearn most is not what you might think Some would claim it to be the missing link To kill the bat, you ask? Ha! I think not A more pressing question is who will take my spot? As you can see there are no psychopaths quite like me So I ask again, who will it be to procure such a destiny? I have no Robins to leave a cave So listen closely to this mad man's rave There is no manual of instruction Yet, I can show you the path to destruction The mantle of Joker is no mere joke Why so serious? You best not poke Here is my formula now set forth the plight Then dance with the devil in the pale moonlight Laugh till you are hoarse Make sure to stray off course Purple all over, green at the top Red on the lips and lethality in the props Find yourself a girl and make sure she is strange Then together, put this world at the end of a firing range Love won't be beyond you but chaos must come first Always remember to sate your bloody thirst I leave you now, the world is yours So many option just make no cures When the bat gets in you way toss him some cards Then stab him the heart, the Joker sends his regards
