Losing You

Losing You

A Poem by Jazzlyn B Barden

Forgetful minds,
And forgetful souls
Stay lost at Sea
And no one knows.

Perfects storms
Brew far and near
While soldiers fall
And skies, they clear.

The love of the lost
Still remains there.
But their minds somehow fracture
And their hearts steer clear...

From another loss,
And a love that could consume.
Though nothing could hurt,
As much as losing you.

Powerful and sad words written dear Jazzlyn.
"From another loss,
And a love that could consume.
Though nothing could hurt,
As much as losing you."
I understand the above lines. Something we shall lose. Will break our hearts forever. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
