Sadness of love not shown- lost and lonesome it’s grown🌹

‘Love Denied’

Oh

How many tears
Have I cried
Over all the
Love
The world’s
Denied-

So sad
So tired

So
Many tears
Been cried

Lies been lied
Emotions
Been tried

Lost and alone
Abandoned
They’ve grown

Because of lack
Of love
They’ve been
Shown

Withdrawn
Separate
From society
Searching for
The longing
To belong
To be understood
Part of ‘The Hood’

If only those
That should
Only they could
Just open their
Hearts -
Allowing every part
Of the truth there
Within
To beat and feel
Preventing others
Joy they do steal
To be felt
To be real

They themselves
Do steal the love
Of their own
Hearts

Setting themselves
Far apart
From the love
That they know
But unable to show
For what reason
Only they can know
Why
They emotions
Can’t show

Where does all the heartache
Go-

Into drugs
And drink
So they don’t
Have to think-

Into darkness
They sink

The sorrow they
Drown
Losing their
Crown
Hit rock bottom
No further
Than down

Down

To the ground

Left forlorn
Tumbling down
With no sound
Emptiness
All around

When we fight
To gain sight
We lose power
Under showers
Of lost thoughts
Not being taught
Just being bought

By the lies
Of passerby’s

When we stop
Take a look
From the top
We can see
That it’s free
To have peace
Of mind

Sharing

The common
Denominator
Of mankind

It’s the
Love
That’s
For free

It’s all there
For you
And me

Don’t listen to
The lies
Breaking-

Forming
Ties

Search deep
Inside

Unlock the
Hurt and the
Pride

Let your love
Set you free
Open your heart
Become a part
Of the love
That you know
But unable to
Show

Let it go
Let it grow

Only then
Will you know

It’s in the hands
Of love

That you grow

to believe in something, You feel within You, deep and real, all what You feel is but a "truth" and signs for You that it's the truth no matter what, while the people around, the society would even laugh at You for it, never easy... but only with the patience You hold, carrying that belief with courage and faith, You will soon be in the embrace of bliss, and all else dosn't matter.

Your beautiful message to the world, to love and give love unconditionally, what's more beautiful or blissful that to live with/in that harmony? to unlock the love's energy flowing from the heart. freely and happily, many lie to protect themselves from society, and many would give up love or their lovers when it gets harder because they only listen to the world around instead of caring about what their hearts says... it's sad, so sad to see this happening again and again in the world.

A wonderful piece....

Your openly lines are endlessly poetic...a question we all have asked at some point in our lives...where has all the love in this world gone when there is no love for me? We have all been denied love in moments, and have all denied it to others ourselves. Sometimes it is just hard to fathom why we do that. Perhaps if we gave just a little love to every person we meet the world would be a much better place. Love has always been a conundrum and will probably always remain so.

This is another gently flowing poem with a ponderous, yet hopeful message written in your own unique style. Nicely conceived.

Very true Kelly why isit so hard to love... and to express it and to open the heart... I have felt this too asked this question too.... why stop when our life is so small...if given a chance love.... and love fully...even if it hurts....it hurts because it's true....otherwise it shouldn't hurt...

to not know love but just distractions to avoid thinking about all the coldness...and in some sense become part of the coldness. Apathy reigns supreme with the younger generation...
love has bottled itself up...and the cork seems unmovable...
