Phantom

Phantom

A Poem by Faithy
"

We're not completely helpless, Barbara. I've been reading that book and there's a word for people in our situation: ghosts. - Adam [Beetlejuice]

"
Leave me alone.
I don't want to see you anymore.
I can feel my brain screaming.
You aren't suppose to be real.

I hear you falling and walking and playing with my door.
I see your silhouette standing behind my chair.
I feel you following me.
Watching me.

The rooms get cold.
You wake me.
I know you are there.
Please let me be.

First of all, I totally love that your name is Failthy, because I gave you that nickname!! Anyways, great poem:) I love the way you have used imagery and created some suspense. A very tense scene is portrayed. Nicely done.
