Crestfallen souls

Crestfallen souls

A Poem by R.A. Youngblood

Minions of monotony collapsing
With enchanting screams of people
Under their years of love.
Cold silence
Becomes the most fearless
Creature of malice.
Cold silence
Becomes the useful collaborator
Of light, evil minded.
Cold silence
Creeps out from its shell
Where thorns grow with negligence.
One finds and crowns himself over so many virtues,
And that's his biggest flaw.
Ashes of burned love are sinking
So deep to oblivion.
He realised it too late.
Sun is shining on her face,
Crying for her,
He's lying for her,
She's dying for them.
"Love is gone."
She walks all along into
The throwing flames of another oblivion.
And I will be the saddest kid
On the earth again,
In the world again.
