I want to be a super star when on the radio and really try to put on a show Sing a song that people will fall in love to And get much disc play on the radio Making it sound so nice we can take it soft and slow We will hold each other cheek to cheek and let everybody know that it's Me for you and you for me In love and that's the way it goes Others will look at us as if we were from another planet But we are in love it won't matter to us what others think For love does strange things to the couple of young lovers in love They just want to get away in a love nest of love humble as it can be We will start out in two rooms and a bath and will live our life in jolliness to tell the tale Of how it used to be between you and me a happy go lucky couple from that neighborhood Made it up from nothing and back again To where they are supposed to be In their lovely love nest Right next to their family tree.
