My Death Wish

I have a wish

A wish with a twist

A wish about my death

A wish that involves my wrist

I want it to be raining

I want it to be pouring

I want it to be night when everyone is snoring

I'll take a gleaming blade

And when the moon starts to wane

I'll bring the knife down across my vein

I'll see my wrist bleeding

I'll see the blood pouring

And while it is bleeding

I'll feel my heartbeat slowing

I'll fall to the floor

I won't feel no more

Then my eyes close

I won't feel pain anymore

This is my Death Wish

lol spooky and all kinds of fucked up - just how I like it. Suicide poems are beautiful, beeautiful because no one actually waxes romatically about killing themselves and then really does, those who do and have poetry to show for it usually get their five minutes of fame after death. But either way, a chilling piece, deightful. Keep it up, Sin.
