Divinty

Divinty

A Poem by Sin
"

A hymn.

"
Latin

Sola Dea Clamorque
Fatum Novit

Habitavit
Dormivit
Caelo missus rex

Pocna terrae motus
Error humanus
Cujus fructus foris
Cujus verbum clavis

Calamitas excitata ab imo

Cum haustus is fremitu
Cum levatus east dyes with carmine
Fatum invitans
Ruina Sive
Paradisus

Translation

The Goddess screams,
A Fate only she knows.

It resides.
It sleeps.
From the heavens the King comes.

The Fate only the Goddess would know.
From the heavens the King comes.

Punishment of Man by Earth's trembling,
The summoned one barrelling down upon the city.

And to the crystal door,
there is a key word.

The calamity must open it, the true inner self must awaken.

He begins to roar.
He is released from the spell,
Fated to fall or save Paradise?
