Tied in Knots

think we have all been one time or another.

Frustration grabs hold of me
My tongue once again tied in knots
My brain full of cobwebs
My heart aches to be free of this torture
The ink seems to have left this trusty pen of mine
My head aches for a release
Hunger to escape all these words 
that flow freely through my veins
A need to Solidify them to paper
Eats me from the inside out
Starring down at stark white paper
Hollow thoughts ring through my head
drowning in this empty existence
where all the words that cross my mind 
wont seem to escape my lips
