The Actor

The Actor

A Poem by Freeminded
"

Well then...

"

There'll always be one man good,

And one man bad.

Many a time, these are

One man

and another.

Yet sometimes

It's one playing two parts.

The one same costume,

The one same face,

The one same soul.

He'll think himself great,

Yet his actions have no impact.

He'll think himself clear,

But his lines just shouts in the ear.

He'll trick you into thinking,

He's an oscar,

A grammies winner.

Yet he couldn't star in a nursery nativity.

He'll trick you hard,

Next you know he's there,

In your dreams,

Wedged in the soul.

The one same costume,

The one same face,

The one same soul.
