Morning Bird

Morning Bird

A Poem by Nana Carmine
"

All I have to say is thank you Caine for the the bird pictures. They for some reason have inspired me.

"

Sweet little morning bird

Flies the skies alone.

Singing his song

So far away from home.

He is so blue

He is so true

Yet no one seems to love him

Like he wants them too.

Poor little blue bird

Always sits alone

Never really resting

Never really home.

Poor little blue bird

Sing for me again.

I will love you dearly

I will be a friend.

Sweet morning bird

Forgotten by the world.

Singing your song

Hoping to be heard.

now this i really like. there's a sweet and lonely innocence here, that is sad to view, but beautiful to admire. this flows, almost delicately. it's the satin sheets and the bed time whisper type of feel. reminds me of the poems of edward monkton a tiny bit.

i wish i was a morning bird. very nicely written.

This wan has a soft feeling to it too. I like how real it is yet again as well. This makes me think of how many people are crying to be noticed but aren't. Kind of like an outcast, someone who can't fit in. But they will find love too in the strangest of places.

I like this one better. Has a sweeter, lighter feel to it.
Enjoyed it very much.
You're right, I could see how you could be inspired by the pictures, they are beautiful!
Nice work.

ok, this one is much better, more soothing than the other one. This time, I felt so much of the peace, yet felt bad for the loney bird at that moment while I was reading it.

Very nice writing, by the way...

Makes me think... Was the little blue bird so full of sadness for himself that he did not notice the brown bird... Or was the blue bird just a jerk and now he's all alone. I like these bird poems.

well I guess the little blue bird wasn't as loved as he thought he was, he realized he's just like the brown bird. Very good.

Awww, man, i really had a few tears with this one hehe. Very well done here!! Yep, i can relate here as well. Wished i had more in life. But, i guess that's the way of it sometimes during this long journey. For me, I guess I've learned to accept that the way things are, are just the way things are. Tragic, yes, but never forgotten. Amazing write. I luv these poems u compose. Very heartfelt :)
