Kiss of a Sailor ~

Kiss of a Sailor ~

A Poem by Foxemerald

~ Kiss of a Sailor ~.

A sailor's breath,

so lightly electric,

has taken over my soul.

A settled hue of white -

my mouth seeks when we kiss,

and it tickles my fancy-

as the spirit of love lifts,

away from your soul . . .

and wanders into my breath . . .

My heart fails to beat,

for your breath has sent,

the aura of the ocean -

into my lost spirit.

My eyes travel your body's path-

your skin is lightly weathered by,

the ocean's soft landscape,

It's written love notes tracing,

it's lines around your caring-

genteel persona.

Your gentle eyes tell a story,

of a wind-swept, sunny morning,

when life suddenly found you-

a young man maturing.

A sensitive, whitish light,

fine, but deeply pearlescent,

now lingers over my bed innocent . . .

I lay you down by my side,

until we are sated with nighttime-

and the morning finds us . . .

in the arc of a wind-swept kiss-

kept warm by my sailor . . .

. .

. . .

. . . . . .

. . . . . . . . .
