Where'd it go?

Where'd it go?

A Poem by Froodle
"

Something about love.

"

Where did the spirits go
when the insects lost one wing?

Haunting the world one side over
in a blue covering shaped like
the moon.

It is sad to see you go so early,
but the skies need clouds & dreams.

Ride the winds
                           &
                               escape the higher.

Leave your chains to rust & kill hummingbirds
with me.

There is only so much
we can do.

So shove this candy down your throat
& replace your atoms with sentience.

Destroy your crested cravings & leave
all mirrors
                  behind closed doors.

I like it. It is filled with happiness yet also filled with sadness. It is very easy to picture everything happening inside my head. The poem is simple yet it isn't (that might not make sense, sorry if it doesn't). Anyways, keep up the good work.

I like the way you consntructed the poem. IT seems a bit mysterious as far as love is concerned but it was well construced. It seems as if love was lost (It is sad to see you go so early,
but the skies need clouds & dreams). Very heavy and creative words. Keep exercising your gift. i look forward to reading more of your work.
