End.

End.

A Poem by Ellie W. Montreal
"

"I'll end it, though you started it"

"
What does it all mean?
When I hold your hand and you pull it away.
When yousmile and wink as I walk away.
That one time I wore a skimpy skirt just for you.
And you didn't talk to me but said, "Yooo, what it do?"
to the boys in your "crew".

What in the world does it mean?
I walk around, head high and facts straight.
But you come by, and then my head's down and I've got nothing smart to say.
How?
Why?
No!
I've got to stop this!

I'll end it all..
And it won't be happy.
I'll just stop talking to you!
No, that's too crappy.
How bout I cop an attitude?
Maybe, but no.
You'd end up getting one,
Then we'll just be putting on a free show..

How about this:
I just sit with you, all alone.
Facing my nervousness and fears.
No distractions, no bluffing.
Just talk like you haven't seen him in years.

Talk for hours about the same thing, don't drift off.
Get the subject over with, dead and gone.
Maybe that'll end it all.

I sense deep meanings I don't yet understand.

I really like it! It speaks out on it's own. Keep up the good work.
