Workaholic.

Workaholic.

A Poem by Ellie W. Montreal
"

What do I do?; What do I say?

"

When the lights go off, I'll be in my room,
With nothing to do, and no one to talk to.
No one to confide in, and nothing to confide about.

I'll see my bag, filled with books and work;
The work I would do to distract me from you.

I'll focus on the projects and essays, and stay up for days.
Just to keep the thought of your sweet scent at bay.

I'll think about my homework due,
And that'll distract me from thinking of you.

You're not worth being on my mind,
So I'm trying not to waste my time.

I'm trying hard to think of other things,
Instead of be bothered with the misery you bring.
