They again had found one another through modern media, ending up struggling with keeping in touch.![]() Lost Love Once upon a time there was an aged princess who had looked all over the world for her Prince Charming, the one, she had met when she was very young, at a time when their love was not appreciated. They were separated all of a sudden without leaving behind any trace. All she had was a picture of him that she had kept like a treasure. Years went by, new princes came her way, stayed for a while and left again. Never did the princess find the happiness she thought she had found back then, no one had been able to take Prince Charming’s place. While searching, she found traces of him and got very excited. Upon following the traces, she became certain that she was on the right track. All the revelations matched her memory. At first, she hesitated to knock on his door, afraid to be rejected. Though, one thing she hadn’t expected, was, that he wouldn’t even answer the door. She became very sad and got deeply disappointed. Prince Charming that she had got to know would at least have let her in. Time went by while the princess tried to forget all about love and charming princes. She tried to convince herself that she could achieve happiness by just being on her own, no longer wasting a look at another man. Then one day, someone knocked at h e r door. At a time when she least expected it, Prince Charming, her Prince Charming asked for admittance, explaining to her why he hadn’t been able to answer back then and that his feelings for her were still very strong. He told her that he himself had looked all over, too, trying to find her. But all his efforts had been in vain. Ever since that day, the aged princess and her less younger prince had written letters to one another, day by day: letters of l o v e and appreciation, letters of l o v ing care and letters of how l o v e may be, once they were able to meet in person. After months of writing, something strange happened. Th. .. ttrs .f th.ir w.rds sudd.nly disapp.ar.d. N. matt.r h.w hard th.y tri.d, th. w.rds r.main.d inc.mp..t. No matter how hard they tried, the words remained incomplete. They both wondered what was going on. Had anybody put a spell on them? Had their letters been elfstruck? They both racked their brains over it until finally they had a clue: © 2011 gbrassardAuthor's Note
