Aloof

A Poem by Gaia Octavia

I close my eyes
and paint myself
soft, starry skies

Held within,
a rich butter moon,
asked to stay
but gone too soon

Thank you very much!
the night is indeed a solemn subject matter, and you really paint it well. Fantastic!

Once more, thank you. I love nighttime so much 😁 the theme pops up quite a lot in my writing.
