Tomatoes.

Tomatoes.

A Poem by Gaiamethod

Today I am a tomato.
Round, red and ripe,
Plump with sweet juice.
Filled with the seeds of the future.
Seeds that will,
In time,
Sprout and grow,
Becoming strong,
Healthy plants.
Plants that will,
Eventually,
Grow tiny green jewels,
Emerging from a leafy crown,
And then become,
Round, red and ripe,
Plump and juicy tomatoes.
Full of life.
Full of the sun.
Full of the seeds
Of the future……
