Iophobia- Fear of poison

Iophobia- Fear of poison

A Poem by GalaxyGhost

Recovered, relieved!
Poison: distrust, fear, avoid
Drank one last week--oops.

Did not know contents
Inside the bottle at first
Thought it was some juice

Dehydration--gulp!
Out of desperation when...
Bathroom, hours pass

Call 911 now!
Pumps, blood, my mouth a fountain
Full of nastiness

Now in therapy
Cannot stand the sight of it
Define 'it': poison

Thank you very much! Glad you liked it!
And this is why we read bottle labels. XD This poem is slightly disturbing (the fountain of blood coming from the speaker's mouth and that kind of thing), but also a bit humorous ("oops"). Nice work!

Thanks! Well, that's dark humor.
