Inception

Inception

A Poem by Gene Von Banyard

Beneath the earth, below the sea,

The Ancient Ones sigh and heave whilst

Stars combine in serpentine cosmology;

Fire and water merging in a marriage of

Elemental and cosmological complicity.

The spheres revolve in a disturbing orbit of dissonance whilst

Gods and Goddesses unite in the spectacle of humonculoid

As the vaults of an ever-evolving oblivion give way to the

Post-Physical Age.

A tear drops whilst the sky breaks;

Reality falls.
