Gift of Realization

Gift of Realization

A Poem by Ms. Gabbi

Can’t fathom seeing you in person, I might go columbine

My stomach will only worsen, you and your concubine

All respect has vanished, with the coming of this family

They’re all Spanish, I hope you die famished.

There is no love left to give, my emotion is plaintive

One can only give so much, until you lose the touch

Used to go on dates, to blue clues and be best mates

Now your sweet princess, is in distress

Kicked from the castle, I’m nothing but baffled

This s****y w***e, kicked me out the door

Thought you loved me daddy

On to the black concrete, such filthy floor

Now I’m stronger daddy, and I have my own laddies

You’ve pushed me farther than one can imagine

I wanna tie you up, beat you & lock you in a cabin

Leave people wondering what happened

Eventually you’ll unite with your death bed, barely can lift your head

Princess won’t be anywhere near, leaving nothing on your face but tears

Don’t you see, daddy?

This plan has back fired, think I’ll coming running back, Is this waiting making you tired?

Thank you daddy for the gift of realization, all these years of no communication

Now I see it’s You I don’t need, Now that I have the gift it’s You I’m going to leave
