Fatigue

Fatigue

A Poem by Georgiana

I resisted-
When I really wanted to-
You didn't.
So put me to bed
I don't know what this is
Clawing at my muscles
I'm bland I'm dull
And I'm not allowed to-
So, I'm tired
Tired with a hurricane in my ribcage
So put me to bed please
Tired with anger prickling my skin
My bland skin
So blanket me with kisses
I don't know what's what
So wrap me up
When I'm bland and sharp
When I'm really very tired.
