Love for yourself and others

Love for yourself and others

A Poem by Femme

The beauty I wish to create is unlike yours, but it is not better than
Let us notice each others differences in ways that will not harm
& we can teach each other the maps to our brains.

Follow my pointer finger as I lead you to self acceptance, by allowing you a pool of solitude,
to be who you wish with no other worries of fear or ego to inflate
I promise to bathe you in in judgement free waters where you can rest,
through the thorough night filled with stars unlike the ones in your eyes that twinkle when I say your name

I will not become jealous, for it can muddle my true form
I am who I've always wanted to be,
it just wasn't apparent
And so I sit here
Moved by all
