Declaration - letting go

12-7-12 If you love it, you must let Him whose love never fails hold it.

That which I hold dear

I place in your ever gentle grip

To watch over and protect

Fed by your living water

Comforted by your love

Growing under your care

 

Trusting you know what is best

I ask for help in letting go

You know my desires

So now I must seek you

So we can both grow

Grow into the beauty you designed

 

So I’m letting go

Of that which I hold dear

Placing it in your ever gentle grip

Letting you the Master do His work

To watch over and protect

To fed, to love and to grow
