Confirmation I do crave

Something to let me know

What you say is true

 

How will I know Father

 

Forces rise against me

Many things say no

Still I hold on

 

How will I know Father

 

So much telling me it cant be

So much making me question

Still I believe

 

But how will I know Father

 

How can it be when it is only me

Is something blinding me

               Fooling me

 

How will I know Father

 

I wish I could only know

What you have in store

I do believe

 

But Father,

               How will I know?
