Where I am meant to be

Where I am meant to be

A Poem by Webster

All of these lines across my face
All the bruises and scars that I hide
The torment and pain I carry with grace
Tells a story of who I am, I am with pride.

All the mountains that I have climbed
The winding roads made me feel lost
Stumbled and fell, I got up unfeigned
Pushed and shoved ahead, leaving behind a ghost

You see the smile that's on my face
All of those words I do digress
Masks the tattered soul I choose to not embrace
Hiding the words I don't express.

But even behind this facade I lay
You see me for who I truly am
Been by my side come what may
Bring out a true smile, not a sham

But all of these stories of who I am
And these mountains I did suprass
Are then these scars just a scam
Unless I have you, turn gold from brass.

Do I write to fill a void deep inside, where others can never reach to fill. Only pure emotions flow through my words. I hope I reach out to others who feel the same as in words I write and emotions I.. more..
