Sinful Desire

Sinful Desire

A Poem by Ashlynn

As the razor pierces my flesh,
My eyes close and I see your face,
And your tears sparkle as they flow,
As the blood pours from my veins.

The underworld can't keep us apart,
Our love burns brighter than Hades' fire,
With this razor I still my heart,
To be with you in sinful desire.

With my last my breath,
I whispered your name,
With my last thought,
I remembered our first kiss,
With my last hope,
I prayed for your embrace,
As demons take me to my pyre,
I draw closer to your lips.

The underworld can't keep us apart,
Our love burns brighter than Hades' fire,
With this razor I still my heart,
To embrace you in sinful desire.
