Self Imprisoned

Self Imprisoned

A Poem by Green Regol
"

old poetry dump, but I'm kinda proud of this one

"

Stifled and smothered

In a yellow cell,

Trapped by zip-locked rage,

I scream 'cause I'm bothered;

I fall as I yell,

Pounding my unlocked cage.

My head is spinning

As my muscles shake.

Choked on sanded throat,

I sob when I'm grinning;

I cry as I quake

With nothing on which to dote.
