Follow my lead, as you lead the way.

I am here, now

I always have

and have always been

here

in my egocentric predicament

what is left of me has been eating away

at my conscious

just to keep itself alive

awaiting self destruct

fear not for me

for there is no death

there is no life

my fate has been written in the stars

in my Cepheid variable trace

when all I see is black

I follow the blind,

as I continue to lead the way

trust in me

and stay awhile

hmmm....i like the implications of this. All of us, absolutely all of us are swallowed by our ego so to speak, but few are willing to admit that. Life, death, doesn't seem to matter. It's our ego and the last moment till our conscience gives up, and the space between them, well, it's never the same for two people. Lovely done dear author.
