A Poem by GuinessGirl

    A little girl
    sits in the sand.
    Plays with her toys.
    Mommy warns her
    not to touch the bugs.

                A little girl sits
                in the sand.
                Waves crash
Her hair blows in the wind.
                Mom warns her
she’s going to get her clothes all wet.

                          A little girl sits in
                          the sand.
She rubs suntan lotion on her arms
Sunrays graze her as she basks.
Friends warn her to turn over or she’ll get burned.

A little girl sits in the

                                           sand.
Laughs as her friends play volleyball.
Her boyfriend warns her she’s going to spill her beer.

A little girl sits in the sand.
Giggles as she reveals her wedding ring.
Her sister warns her to be weary of men.

A little girl sits in the sand.

A little girl sits in the sand.

A little girl is the sand.
