Simply Said

Simply Said

A Poem by Holly Mason

How ill doth he say
with words of great pain
all that is left is unholy
this path has been chosen
bricks put in place
set down in concrete
do not ask what you think
it is our money spent
as our backs do the labor
no words from you
no thoughts on our behavior
do not hold back, let it all out
or how will we hear what you say
no is simply said my friend
so is yes if we may
maybe you will think twice
before keeping words away

Nice poem really like the combination of words. To make it even more effective possibley add punctuation to make the text more rich and expressive! Over all nice, keep up the good work! :D
