thank you the only problem with the way I write you never know what you are going to get*)I feel so for people going through this-especially when they are not educated enough to handle a mortgage company help is only a law library away most of the time-and if there is a good clerk of court-no they are not attorneys but dang they know the law and love a challenge-=sorry got carried away*) thank you so for reading
