Tucked In

A little angel is nestled in the arms of love

the gates opened widely, as they should

the angels were waiting patiently for choices

a cascading cloud of glistening gold is warming

peaceful thoughts are all that exist

a slumbering wait, into forever destiny

there are familiar faces here, so many

fields of Lilac kiss softly floating toes

a broken wing is repaired with only love

rest is coming, a peaceful slumber

blankets of sheer power surround

times of pain are instantly forgotten

laying in a bed of fluttering wings

an angel tucks one in...smiling

for the angel knows,

that which has transpired

will be kept aloft

that which has hurt

will be kept away

that which has harmed

will not be let in

an angel tucks one in...humming

patiently they have waited

to forever love an angel with one broken wing

patiently they have waited

to tuck in an angel

Angels , this works on daughters , cattle stirring the dust on a mesa backstop need the blanket of confidence too, a cowboy , a angel, a broken wing or not,the hurt washes , the wing mends, and love floats a loop right over my melting heart , Thank you miss Mason.
