To Myself!

To Myself!

A Poem by Half Dream

Cry if you can not find the words,
Scream if you can not cry..
Do not restrain your sorrows,
And do not explain it to anyone..
You can not even explain it to yourself.

Remember yourself as a kid
And embrace yourself,
Imagine yourself old,
And hug yourself
With compassion and pity..

I know despite of how huge is this universe
You can't breath,
You're stranger among all the faces that looks like you,
You feel that you speak a language incomprehensible
to those who speak the same language..

I know since you learned how to speak,
You learned how to ask,
And those questions were your misery,
Your books were the wall that separates you from people.

Run away from yourself,
Close your ears
And run away from this miserable gray moan that spread in your soul
As an ink spot spreading on a white napkin,

Immerse yourself in the noise of people,
And imagine that you belong to them..
Do not close your eyes and sink in your sorrow
Force yourself to go out and face the community.

I realized after a long isolation,
That happiness is in the simplicity and ignorance,
that happiness is exist in this earth,
And sadness is the harvest of our thoughts and emotions.
