Au revoir, the europeans are colonizing again

Au revoir, the europeans are colonizing again

A Poem by Hana Saemon

Bonjour, they say,
Before dropping the bombs.
Laissez moi tranquille, we say,
Gold, titanium, but all we can do is mourn.

For the freedom and lives that are taken away once again,
Our only fault is the religion we believe in,
In a God and a prophet that are different,
And the region we live in.

Au revoir,
once again,
To freedom and lives,
And everything sane.
