Going Into Nothingness

Going Into Nothingness

A Poem by hannah rose

The water today is quite sparse,

and the waves are grabbing the boat, harshly.

The morning sky is becoming as dark as the night sky

Something begins hitting the boat.

Creating it to be pushed further out to sea.

The rain begins to pour,

allowing the waves to become crueler.

As the sun begins to set,

the night sky becomes a monster

The creepy creature creeps closer and closer to me.

The creature pushes the boat further out into the sea again.

Then the waves smash into the boat,

like the iceberg with the Titanic,

creating the boat to fill with water.

The boat begins to sink,

and I am hit with a wave,

causing me to go under.

I beg for air.

Being dragged further and further down into nothingness.

Creepy, but well written, you did a nice job with this. It flows very well and is just eerie enough without being too creepy/graphic.
