Demon

Demon

A Poem by Happy Annoyance
"

Acrostic attempt number 2. I hope you enjoy.

"
Decaying values, people's lives without meaning.
Emotionally empty, seeking purpose only in pleasure.
Men and women counting one another as enemies and rivals
On a never-ending quest of greed and exploitation.
Now is the age of enlightenment, advancement and decay.

what u have versed is very true! How about something positive in the end. That was just my way of thinking. Ur last line in this poem would have more weight if u could/would have /used the phrase.......' moral decay!'.......makes it more clear as to the kind of demon u r trying to talk about after all the bright side of the endless quest of life.i.e enlightenment, advancement.......
