Sleep here

Sleep here with me
Lie next to me
I need to feel your heart beat
I need to see your face near mine

I want you every part of every day
I want you to stay forever

I see us in the future, happy
I see us thrive

I feel you around sometimes
Even though I know you're gone

A bus passes playing our song and I want to jump in front of it
A cotton commercial plays and I can't breathe
Your name is everywhere I read
Your face if everywhere I see

I wish I could close my eyes and not feel your arms around my waist

What is this beautiful life if I can't have you?
