Realization

Lot of s*# happened since

Tired and Unmotivated,

Uninspired and Motionless,

Smiling but hurt,

Gave up on my dreams a long time ago.

Want more,

Need more,

But I'm broken,

Like an abused vinyl.

Want to feel okay,

But also don't,

Found solace in the pain,

Everything's distorted.

Writing doesn't help,

Nor did it ever,

A mere distraction,

From my never ending suffering.

Reality is pain,

I realize that now,

Be as it may,

For it will never change.
