When you look me in the eyes what do you see

  Is it a pain so alive that it dances a melancholy melody

Or do you see the questions that I ache to find
That are left unanswered to in my sweet young mind

Tell me, Do you see yourself reflected back at me
And all the love that I tried to get you to see

Do you see me for me? and know that you hold the key, to my heart

Oh, what do you see behind these brown eyes
Is it enough to make you wonder why
To question your actions and your thoughts

Or when you look me in the eyes are you confined to a conscious-less mind
