A Poem by Andre Peterson

Imagine having someone you can trust. No secrets, no insecurities.
You watch the sun rise from the kitchen window of the home you built. Only to turn around and see that person admiring your outlines.
You walk through the dark.
And the warmth and light that radiates from their smile makes everything better.
They tell you your laugh is the sweetest thing.
They hold your soul in their hands and tenderly care for it.
Ah, the enchantment in their eyes as they look back at you.
Imagine being able to speak in their presence.
To reach out and touch.
To feel safe to wonder..
To share an October's night under the glowing moon.
To sing and to listen.
To cry.
Imagine a world without them.
Imagine no way to reach out.
You lose your self in searching for answers.
Only the answers you can trust.

Very few people find or even meet a person like that in their lives.
